Support client preparation, reflection, session-to-session tracking, and post-intensive integration within one thoughtfully structured workbook.
EMDR Intensive Workbook Package | $97
Preparing for an EMDR intensive involves more than gathering a history or identifying treatment targets. Clients benefit from opportunities to recognize existing resources, notice patterns, clarify what they hope will change, and reflect on what they experience throughout the intensive process.
The Customizable EMDR Intensive Workbook provides a structured starting point for this work while leaving clinical decision-making where it belongs: with the treating clinician.
The activities are grounded in EMDR and informed by attachment theory, parts-informed approaches, somatic mindfulness, affect regulation, nervous system concepts, and other trauma-informed perspectives. Together, these approaches invite clients to consider connections among their experiences, beliefs, emotions, body responses, protective patterns, relationships, resources, and treatment goals.
The Workbook follows a three-part intensive model:
The Workbook is customizable so you can select, adapt, or remove activities based on your intensive structure, clinical approach, areas of competence, and the individual needs of each client.

EMDR provides the foundation for this Workbook, but the activities extend beyond identifying targets and negative and positive cognitions.
The Workbook is also informed by attachment theory, parts-informed approaches, affect regulation, somatic mindfulness, nervous system concepts, and other trauma-informed perspectives. These approaches support clients in noticing how different areas of their experience may connect.
Across the Workbook, clients may be invited to explore:
Rather than treating these as separate areas, the Workbook helps clients notice how beliefs, emotions, body responses, protective patterns, relationships, and resources may influence one another.

The Clinician’s Guide includes information addressing:
The Workbook itself is client-facing and fully customizable, allowing clinicians to select, adapt, and remove activities before providing it to an individual client.

Part 1 includes activities that help clients prepare for their intensive and identify information relevant to treatment planning.
Available activities include:
Part 1 is intentionally comprehensive. It is not intended to be assigned in its entirety to every client. Clinicians are encouraged to select only the activities that are clinically appropriate, useful, and manageable for the individual client.

Part 2 offers optional activities clients may use during and between intensive sessions to notice:
Available activities include:
These activities are designed to support communication and reflection without requiring clients to document or interpret everything they experience.

Part 3 supports reflection before the post-intensive assessment. Clients are invited to consider:
Available activities include:
Together, these activities help clients reflect on what has changed, identify what may still need attention, and prepare to discuss continued progress, remaining concerns, and next steps during the post-intensive assessment.
